Amanda Kate Walker

Amanda Walker is a mixed media artist and costume designer living in New Haven, CT. Originally from Texas, she moved to NYC in 2000 to pursue theater design. In 2004, she graduated from the Yale School of Drama with an MFA in costume design. Shortly thereafter, Amanda returned to her first love of visual art. Now she does both, painting and designing costumes in and around CT. Her art has been shown at the Kehler Liddell Gallery as well as the online platform I Like Your Work's, Hedges And Houses And Mothers And Children show. Amanda has also taught costume design at Mount Holyoke College.
