In the often chaotic and overwhelming pace of life, I use my camera to create a visual diary of the palces and experiences that I see before me. The skills to express myself were supressed as a child and when I found photography it became a ritualistic practice that gave me the tools to develop my voice. I am drawn to portraiture, the street, landscape and documentary photography. I use a variety of in-camera and post processsing techniques to reveal and help to understand the unpredictable, idiosyncratic, inscrtuable nature of the human condition.
